ALLEGED USES:
Is a precursor to the neurotransmitter serotonin

May help alleviate the effects of a variety of emotional conditions such as depression, anxiety, insomnia and obesity

May assist with balancing moods

SUGGESTED DOSAGE:
As a herbal food supplement, take one (1) capsule two (2) hours before or after meals once daily or as directed by a health-care professional.

For severe cases take up to three (3) capsules daily under medical supervision.

Additional supplementation with Vitamins B3 and B6 is also recommended for optimal benefits.

CONTRA-INDICATIONS & CAUTIONS:
Not to be taken with MAO inhibitors or any anti-depressant medication. Children under 12, pregnant and lactating women should consult a health-care professional before using any product.
