Even the FDA have now announced that EPA and DHA Omega 3 fatty acids (as contained in fish, particularly salmon, tuna, trout and herring), reduce the risk of coronary heart disease.

It is also known that Omega oils are very beneficial to the brain, being an important part of its structure. Indeed in recent times Omega 3 has received so much attention that it is being regularly advertised as being added to foodstuffs such as milk and cereal grains etc.

Dosage:
