Synergistic Program - Frequent Fliers

  1. DHEA: 25mg to 50mg taken in the morning will help to lower cortisol induced by chronic stress.
  2. Melatonin: 3mg or 6mg at bedtime on the first night upon arrival; 3mg at bedtime thereafter (remember it is estimated that 1-day is needed for each 1-hour change in the time zone for the body to adapt completely).
  3. Piracetam: 2400mg 1-hour before the flight, 800mg every 2-hours of flight thereafter, this helps compensate for the low oxygen environment and adjust quickly to altitude sickness.
  4. Resveratrol: 10mg 1-hour before the flight, 5mg every 2-hours during the flight will reduce blood-clotting risks and is more suitable than aspirin for (A) those who are sensitive to aspirin and (B) is not likely to induce any stomach bleeding as aspirin may.
  5. L-Tryptophan: 500mg to 1500mg at bedtime for deeper sleep.
  6. Silver Protein: Gargle with 1/8 ounce of Oral Silver 30-minutes before flight: Use Nasal Spray and spray nostrils 30-minutes before flight and frequently (every hour) during flight: Upon arrival take oral silver 1/8 ounce 1 to 3 times daily for several days (or continuously if the food and water supply is risky). This will destroy germs on contact and help prevent the possible infection from airplane "bad air syndrome." Silver Cream or Silver Gel may also be placed onto the hands to help prevent infection on contact.
  7. Nervousness: If you are a nervous flier, Pregnenolone 25mg to 100mg 30-minutes before the flight and 25mg every 4 hours of flight. In addition (or as an alternative) Gamalate B6 ® at 500mg 30-minutes before the flight and 500mg every 3 to 4 hours during the flight should help to calm you. Alternatively, Picamilone at 100mg 30-minutes before the flight and 50mg every 3 to 4 hours during the flight will also help. However, note that Picamilone could make you "more alert," so if you wish to work rather than rest and sleep choose Picamilone instead of Gamalate B6 ®.
  8. Consume water very regularly and avoid alcohol.
  9. On long-haul flights walk around the cabin as frequently as you can.
