Synergistic Program - Skin Improvement

  1. NeySkin CoQ10 Cream: Use regularly on the face and hands as moisturizer, particularly after Retin-A ® application.
  2. Retin-A ®: Use sparingly, best applied at night to the face (avoid the eyes) and hands etc. The 0.05% strength is designed as an anti-wrinkle cream, the 0.10% is designed for acne. Apply NeySkin CoQ10 moisturizer afterward.
  3. Energo: Cream can be used as a repair complex, containing UV blockers and unique anti-glycation agents to help reduce tough, discolored skin and reduce the appearance of fine lines.
  4. Carnosine: Apply serum to the face after washing, (avoid the eyes) in the evening. Note that serum also contains alpha-hydroxy-acids and is an excellent exfoliatant. Oral carnosine can be used at 50mg to 100mg 1 to 3 times per day (take on an empty stomach).
  5. Energy: Cream is especially designed for people with skin problems such as psoriasis or eczema. Its unique "energy" delivering formula speeds skin repair systems and "waste" disposal to return the skin to normal as quickly as possible.
  6. Solaris: With an SPF of 25 this sun protection cream not only has a high factor, but it also promotes tanning in the presence of the sun with unique melanin stimulating ingredients, whilst at the same time blocking UVA and UVB light which is responsible for 90% of normal skin aging.
  7. Beyond Clean: Use in your bath to bind heavy metals and help remove lead and iron from your skin. Iron in particular can generate massive amounts of free radicals when exposed to sunshine, its reduction therefore reduces skin aging, and now this can be accomplished each time we bathe!
  8. Aminoguanidine: 75mg 2 or 3 times daily.
  9. Resveratrol: 5mg to 10mg 1 or 2 times daily.
  10. Nutritional Support: Vitamin A 10,000 IU daily: B-Complex Vitamins (including 25mg to 100mg B2 and B6): Zinc 10mg to 20mg daily (preferably zinc monomethionine). Vitamin E 400 IU daily. Aloe Vera, Tea Tree Oil and Vitamin E skin lotions. Vitamin C, 3g daily. Essential Fatty Acids: GLA 90mg to 300mg 1 or 2 times daily: EPA & DHA 200mg to 500mg 1 or 2 times daily. We recommend Beyond Chelation Improved and Beyond C for this.
  11. Avoid the sun and sun beds (use high factor sun creams).
  12. Avoid pollution.
  13. Drink clean water regularly.
