How to Order

The first thing that you need to do is to choose the products that you would like to buy. The products are available under the categories found on the left side of the page, under the headings:

• All Products
  This is a list of all products that are sold on the site
  
  
• Products by Function
  This category is divided into what the individual products work on, e.g. If you are looking for a product to help with Memory and Cognition, you can navigate straight to that sub-category and see a list of products that help with that.
  
  
• Products by Type
  This category shows separation by how the products are applied.
  
  
• Products by Brand
  If you have a particular brand that you prefer, you can choose your products by brand here.
  
  

Click on any one of the above categories or their corresponding sub-categories and navigate your way to the products that you would like to buy.

You can add the products that you would like to buy to your shopping cart directly from the categories or sub-categories, or you can get detailed information on individual products by clicking on the product name and add that product to your cart from there.

Each time you add a product to your shopping cart it will appear on right side of the page under the heading SHOPPING CART (right below the search box).

So you have chosen your products, they are sitting in your shopping cart and now you would like to complete the purchase...

The next thing that you need to do is to go to CHECKOUT. The checkout button is located below your list of products in your shopping cart on the right of the page.

When you click on the CHECKOUT button you are taken to a page that allows you to choose whether you are:

• Returning Customer
  This allows you to log into your site member account and continue to make you payment within your member account. The advantage of having a member account is that you will be able to:
  
  
• Shop faster - your billing and shipping details are remembered.
• Have direct access to your order status to see how things are proceeding.
• View your past orders
• Choose if you would like to receive our newsletters and special announcements.
  
• Choose if you would like to receive product updates.
  
  
• New Customer
  This will allow you to create a member account with us so that you have access to the additional features mentioned above.
  
  
• Proceed Directly to Checkout
  This allows you to buy from the site without creating a member account.
  

Step 3 - Making payment

Once you have made your choice above, you are then literally pulled through the payment process. The site will ask you for all the information that is needed for you to complete your purchase and for us to ensure safe delivery of your products.
