CONTENTS:

• Cascara Sagrada(Rhamnus purshianae cortex) - 160mg
• Cinnamon(Cinnamomum verum) - 90mg

ALLEGED USES:
Chronic constipation.

SUGGESTED DOSAGE:
As a herbal food supplement for adults, three (3) to four (4) tablets after supper.

CONTRA-INDICATIONS & CAUTIONS:
Pregnant or lactating women and children under 12 years of age should consult a heath care professional before using any product.
