PHARMACOLOGICAL ACTION: Minerals are important in the body to support biochemical reactions that require elemental components as a cofactor. Minerals are used for supporting normal growth, maintaining a healthy central nervous system, building strong muscles and bones, and improving immune function and overall health. INDICATIONS: Minerals are micronutrients, essential for all metabolic processes and are vital components of enzymes required for life. Minerals also form part of healthy tissue such as skin, hair, nails and connective tissue. SOLAL Multi Mineral uses the optimal form of minerals (Amino Acid Chelate and Optimal amounts). Amino acid complex minerals are the safest and most effective forms. The SeSMC form of selenium is the most protective form of selenium and the silicon aminoate form of silicon is the best form of silicon for the hair, skin and nails. CONTRA-INDICATIONS: There are no known contra-indications. WARNINGS: Do not exceed recommended dosages unless on the advice of a healthcare provider. Do not use this product if you are allergic to any of the ingredients. If you are on any medication or suffering from any medical condition, it is advisable to seek medical advice before starting any new medicine, supplement or remedy. INTERACTIONS: There are no known interactions. PREGNANCY AND BREAST-FEEDING: Safe for use during pregnancy and breast-feeding. DOSAGE AND DIRECTIONS FOR USE: Adults and children over 12 years of age: Take 2 tablets daily with or after a meal. Children 4-12 years of age: Take 1 tablet daily with or after a meal. SIDE EFFECTS AND SPECIAL PRECAUTIONS: Side effects: May cause indigestion and nausea if taken on an empty stomach. KNOWN SYMPTOMS OF OVERDOSAGE AND PARTICULARS OF ITS TREATMENT: Treatment should be symptomatic and supportive.
