What does Male Libido/Performance Enhancer Formula contain?
Each daily dose supplies 2044mg of a proprietary formula comprising L-Arginine, Grape Seed Extract, Panax Ginseng Extract, Zinc Amino Acid Chelate, Maca Extract, Ginkgo Biloba Leaf Extract, Yohimbe Bark, Boron Citrate and Tribulus Terrestris Extract.

How does Male Libido/Performance Enhancer Formula work?
• Maca, Tribulis, Zinc and Boron: increases testosterone levels thereby enhancing sex drive.
• Arginine increases formation of Nitric Oxide, which increases blood-flow into the penis, leading to better erections.
• Gingko and Grape seed inhibits the break down of Nitric Oxide, helping erectile dysfunction.
• Yohimbine bark inhibits blood-flow out of the penis by blocking alpha-2 adrenergic receptors. This leads to easier and better erections. Yohimbine also elevates nor-adrenaline neurotransmitter levels in the brain, resulting in improved sex drive. Yohimbine therefore enhances sexual performance and treats impotence.
• Gingko improves general blood circulation to the penis.
• Panax ginseng, an adaptogen, enhances sexual performance and endurance, and opposes the negative effects that stress has on sexual performance.

What is the dosage?
One capsule should be taken in the morning and another two capsules in the evening. For optimal effectiveness, Male Libido/Performance Enhancer Formula should be taken separately to meals. However this could cause indigestion due to the concentrated herbal formulation of the product. If this occurs then Male Libido/Performance Enhancer Formula can be taken with or shortly after meals. Younger men can double the dose to 2 in the morning and 4 in the evening.

How long before I notice effects?
Male Libido/Performance Enhancer Formula should be used regularly and may take up to 6 weeks for effects to be fully noticed. Typically however, effects begin to be noticed after 2 weeks of use.

Are there any side-effects?
Although uncommon, the following side-effects are possible: indigestion and diarrhea (more common if taken on an empty stomach), nausea, insomnia, headache, asthma or allergic flare-ups, skin rash, prolonged bleeding time, reduced blood sugar levels, low blood pressure and increased heart rate. Male Libido/Performance Enhancer Formula may increase blood pressure if used with stimulants such as coffee or some medication. Male Libido/Performance Enhancer Formula may increase blood pressure if on diuretic blood pressure medication. There are conflicting reports that ginkgo may increase risk of seizure in epileptic patients.

Are there any interactions or contra-indications?
Panax ginseng and Gingko biloba can increase the effectiveness of blood thinning medication such as aspirin or warfarin. Due to possible blood thinning effects, Male Libido/Performance Enhancer Formula should be discontinued 2 weeks prior to elective surgical procedures. Arginine causes vasodilatation and may exert additive effects with other vasodilating medication such as Viagra or Cialis, which may result in hypotension (low blood pressure). Panax ginseng and ginkgo biloba have anti-diabetic effects and may require an adjustment in diabetic medication in diabetic patients. Yohimbine usually causes a reduction in blood pressure. However if yohimbine is consumed with diuretic blood pressure medication, or with stimulants such as coffee, tea or stimulant medications, it may result in an increase in blood pressure. Therefore use this product under medical supervision if on blood pressure medication or have blood pressure problems.
