DIRECTIONS FOR USE
Adults and children over 12 years of age: Take one capsule daily after a meal, or as directed by your healthcare provider.
PRECAUTIONS, SIDE-EFFECTS & INTERACTIONS
Side-effects are rare but can include mild indigestion or diarrhoea. Do not exceed recommended dosage unless on the advice of your healthcare provider, since preliminary research shows that high doses of green tea can cause or aggravate hepatitis (liver inflammation). Do not use if you have a liver disease, unless under the supervision of your doctor. Do not take at the same time as iron or meat containing meals since green tea reduces iron absorption. Safe for use during pregnancy and breast-feeding at the recommended dosage. Can have blood thinning effects. If you are on blood thinning medication, then consult your doctor or pharmacist before use. Store in a cool dry place, out of the reach of children. Do not exceed recommended doses unless on the advice of a healthcare provider. If you are on prescription medicine or suffering from any medical condition, it is advisable to seek medical advice before beginning any new supplement or remedy.
